Can I choose my own domain name and logo?

Yes. You can choose a name or we help you pick a brand name if you don't already have one, and we design your logo and branding based on your preferences. We will design 3 initial logo options for you to choose from. Once you approve, we move onto the store build.

If you don't like our initial 3 designs, let us know and we'll work with you until you love the logo!

What do I make per sale?

We typically set your store’s pricing so that you earn between $4 and $28 profit per bag, depending on the product. Some products have higher margins than others, but the idea isn’t to make a huge profit on one sale, it’s about building a consistent brand that attracts repeat customers.

You can adjust your prices anytime. Many sellers find success offering subscriptions, which let customers receive a bag automatically every month, turning one-time buyers into recurring revenue, all without managing any inventory.

Can I change the products later or add new ones?

Absolutely. You’ll be able to add or remove any coffee or tea products in the future through your Shopify dashboard.

Where is the coffee shipped from?

All coffee is roasted and shipped fresh from the USA (Chicago or California) directly to your customers.

How long does fulfillment take?

Most orders are roasted, packed, and shipped within 1 to 3 business days.

Do I need to handle customer service?

Yes, as the brand owner you’ll handle customer communication, but we’ll support you on the backend and give you tips on responding to common questions.

Is the $199 a one-time fee? What are the ongoing costs?

Yes, the $199 setup is a one-time payment.

To run your store, there are two monthly costs:

  • Shopify Fee: $39/month
  • Supplier Fee: $30/month

When you sign up through our link, Shopify gives you a $1/month trial for your first 3 months, so you'll only pay $31/month total during that time.

There are no hidden fees and no long-term contracts. Cancel anytime.

Can I sell outside the USA?

Yes, you can sell worldwide, but shipping is fastest and most cost-effective within the USA.

 How long does it take to launch?

We typically build and deliver your store within 1 to 3 business days after receiving your branding info.

What happens after I buy?

After you place your order, we’ll send you setup instructions via email. Please check your spam folder in case our email ends up there.

Do you offer finance?

We work with Sezzle to let make 4 payments over 6 weeks. At checkout, select Sezzle payment option. 

I already have a logo designed, can I use that?

Yes absolutely! As long as the logo is high quality and square, simply send it to us after you order and our team will use that for your store build.

Do I need a business license or LLC?

No, you don't need an LLC or business license to get started. Most clients launch first as a sole proprietor and handle business formalities later once they're generating revenue. You can start with personal accounts and transition to business accounts once profitable.

Can I use my own domain that I purchased away from SiteToBuy?

Yes, absolutely. Just don't add the $20 domain registration option when ordering, and we'll show you how to connect your store to your existing domain during setup.

Where is the coffee sourced from?

Temecula Coffee Roasters in California sources beans from premium regions including Papua New Guinea, Honduras, Peru, Ethiopia, Nicaragua, Mexico, Brazil, Tanzania, Guatemala, Costa Rica, and Colombia.

What coffee products are available?

Over 40 varieties including single origins, blends, flavored options (French Vanilla, Hazelnut, etc.), and different roast levels. Available in both traditional bags (5 sizes: 12oz, 1LB, 2LB, 5LB, 12LB) and K-cup pods compatible with Keurig machines.

Are the coffee beans roasted fresh?

Yes! Each order is individually roasted fresh after your customer places their order. The roaster doesn't keep pre-roasted inventory - they roast specifically for each order and ship to your customer with your logo within 2-3 business days.

Who designs my logo?

Our design team creates 3 logo options for you to choose from, or you can provide your own existing logo. Logo design is included in the service - no extra cost.

If you don't like the 3 initial logos we send to you, don't worry! Just tell us what you're looking for and we'll keep working with you until you LOVE your final design.

Do you take a percentage?

Zero. We make money only from the one-time store build fee. We don't take any percentage of your sales ever. You keep 100% of profits after paying wholesale costs.
